Health Information Privacy and Security Toolkit
 Health Information Security & Privacy Collaboration (HISPC)
 addresses barriers to health information exchange. The
 collaboration, comprised of 42 states and territories, aims to
 effectively address privacy and security issues pertinent to
 electronic health information exchange through multi-state
 collaboration. The purpose of the toolkit is to increase provider
 awareness of the privacy and security benefits and challenges of
 HIE.

Electronic Registries

ACP invited all electronic registry vendors qualified by CMS to
respond to a survey about their product. The 5 vendors listed
below responded to the request for information. PDFs of the response
are provided here for your information. You can also review and
compare information about these and other registry products (including
those not qualified by CMS), at the Patient Registries Product
