Overdose

There is not much of a risk of getting an overdose of vitamin C. Those
who do take too much will eventually recover. In rare cases of an
overdose, one may suffer from diarrhea and possibly some other
symptoms such as fatigue, headache, vomiting and nausea.
While taking a little over one's normal dose of vitamin C is not life
threatening, you should still watch out for yourself. You should
always inform your doctor about your take of vitamin C if you have
some underlying medical conditions or if you are taking other
supplements and medications, as it is possible for vitamins to
interact with other drugs and substances.

Not every liquid vitamin C product can benefit you. Some may come with
artificial ingredients that may not do any good to your health. So,
before buying a vitamin C product, you should always check out its
