Women's Health Information Resources

The following categorized and annotated listing of women's health
resources on the WWW includes academic centers, government sites,
electronic journals, and other research resources. Sites have been
selected either for their uniqueness as an information resource or
because they provide links to many more resources. Promotional and
commercial sites have been excluded unless they provide significant
neutral information resources.
There are general conventional medicine sites as well as complementary
and alternative medicine (CAM) sites. The information resources for
women's health cannot easily be categorized as conventional or CAM;
they tend to be a mixture of both and many web sites place the
emphasis on women and wellness. All can be important resources when
researching any particular women's health problem.
