Brooklyn Health Information Exchange (BHIX) offers an information exchange platform and comprehensive services to support care coordination through an efficient and meaningful exchange of health information. Aligned with the State Health Information Network of New York and federal programs, BHIX provides a standardized approach to promoting improved health care quality, affordability and outcomes for New Yorkers.
