Good Samaritan Hospital has a full-time opportunity for a
qualified individual to review inpatient medical records to
identify potential gaps in documentation. This individual will
coordinate processes related to improving patient care
documentation, querying in order to assure that all services
provided are appropriately documented in each patient's medical
record.

Required Qualifications
 

Requires five (5) years experience in an acute care setting
and CCS, RHIT or RHIA certification. Nursing or clinical
background will also be considered.
 

Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet utilization and
clinical data base applications.
 

Strong analytical capabilities are necessary to clinically
assess medical records and the ability to train.
 

You must possess excellent communication skills as you will be
interacting with physicians, nurses and other healthcare
professionals to train and influence correct documentation
processes.

Compliance provides direction and oversight of the JHCP Billing

Responsibilities:

 
Identifying and assessing areas of billing compliance risk for
JHCP

 
Communicating the importance of the Program to the executive

Developing policies and procedures addressing billing
compliance issues

 
Developing and implementing education and training programs
addressing compliance issues such as appropriate documentation
and accurate coding to all appropriate personnel including
physicians, non-physicians, business operations staff, clinic
all operations staff, principal investigators

 
Conducting regular audits and coordinates ongoing monitoring
of coding accuracy and documentation adequacy

Required Qualifications
 

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business
Administration, or a related field
 

Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding
Specialist (CCS)
 

10 or more years of progressive Auditing, Compliance or
Program Management experience in a large health care setting
 

At least five years of management experience in leading
professionals and managing others through influence,
collaboration, and consensus building
 

Certification in healthcare compliance preferred
 

Considerable knowledge of CMS billing requirements and
physician practice guidelines established by the OIG, CMS and
other applicable regulatory agencies
 

Must have a working knowledge of the False Claims Act, the
Stark Law, the Anti-kickback Statute
 

Ability to develop cross functional relationships at all
levels, and adapt constantly changing priorities in managing a
wide range of projects in a multidisciplinary environment
 

Strong writing skills, excellent presentation and report
development abilities required.
 

Ability to design and conduct a systematic, objective, and
critical investigation and able to maintain strict
confidentiality of employee, patient and agency issues

Job Description

As a member of the Product Development Team, the Sr. Technical
Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development,
design and maintenance of software products.
Primary duties include:

 
Work with Resolution Health stakeholders, customers and
partners to understand customer needs and to define product
requirements and functionality

 
Coordinate and analyze market research to understand market
drivers and emerging business opportunities

 
Determine the best way for software to accommodate customer

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications for the position include:
