Our Resources
-------------
Our lawyers have significant experience in both the health care and
information/technology fields, and we are well connected in both the
IT and health care communities. We have helped many clients find
solutions to today's business problems, and apply sound management
principles to their operations. We understand the technical details
and have the specialized knowledge that a complicated field, like
health informatics, requires. For example, we understand the legal
issues around collecting, using and disclosing patients' medical
records of all kinds (paper, electronic or information from research)
and can use this expertise to advise, not only the users of this
information, but the creators of the solutions for the health sector
clients. In addition to having the expertise, the resources of the
Health Law Informatics Group allows us to offer counsel on governance,
infrastructure, financing and other public and private health care
opportunities. Our client base in both the information technology and
health care sectors includes institutions, agencies, providers,
professionals and businesses.

At Gardiner Roberts LLP, we believe that the best way to serve our
clients is to have lawyers from various disciplines work together as a
