Hello Both alcohol and Cialis act as mild vasodilators. When mild vasodilators are taken in combination, blood-pressure-lowering effects of each individual compound may be increased.
Substantial consumption of alcohol in combination with Cilalis can increase the potential for orthostatic signs and symptoms, including increase in heart rate, decrease in standing blood pressure, dizziness, and headache. So I advice you dont take cilais while you drink alcohol.

Also you have written wrongly.The right one is that lisinopril is a anti hypertensive medication and lipitor is cholesterol lowering medication. Cialis is mild systemic vasodilator.Small reductions in blood pressure can occur with cialis.In other words it can lower the affect of lisinopril(anti hypertensive medication).Talk to your doctor before taking them.
There is no drug interaction between cialis & lipitor(cholesterol lowering medication).You can take them safely. Hope this helped.
