Here is a list of each vitamin and their main health benefits.

Vitamin A - plays a role in many functions throughout the body

B6 - wide ranging benefits. Supports protein metabolism and muscle
 growth, can also help with overcoming depression by helping the
 production of feel-good chemicals.

B7 - helps the body metabolise carbs, fats and proteins.
B9 - essential to numerous bodily functions.Important during
 periods of rapid cell division and growth, so ideal for pregnant
 women.

B12 - helps with functioning of brain and the nervous system.

 development.
