Here is a list of each vitamin and their main health benefits. B9 - essential to numerous bodily functions.Important during periods of rapid cell division and growth, so ideal for pregnant women. B12 - helps with functioning of brain and the nervous system. Helps give higher energy levels. Promotes regular growth and development.
C - many benefits. Some are; helps tissue growth, repair, promotes healthy gums, treats colds, protect cells and their DNA from damage and mutation. It also helps wound healing. These are the reason it is the most popular vitamin! D - important in the maintenance of organ systems.
E - helps with a healthy circulatory system and also aids wound healing. K - aids blood clotting so good for healing wounds.
