- /11/09 9:43 PM Pros: Quality, Value, Satisfaction, Convenience I've been taking this multi for a few months now and have been very pleased with it. I have trouble swallowing large pills, so this liquid is great for me. The flavor is pleasant enough to me that I usually drink it straight from the bottle, but if you find it too strong, it mixes very well with orange juice. I find that I have more energy within a couple of hours of taking my morning dose, and within a week of having started it I noticed a heightened sense of smell and energy level (presumably because I was correcting my previous deficiencies). Another bonus of this being a liquid is that I can take a half-dose in the morning and another in the evening to maximize absorption. The only downside is the cost, but Vitamin Shoppe's price is the lowest I've found, even if you pay for shipping. For my needs, it's worth the price. 9 out of 9 people found this review helpful.
