University of Cincinnati are examples of online institutions that

The University of Cincinnati offers the Bachelor of Science online

College of St. Scholastica Health Information Management Degree

offered almost completely online with the exception of a one-week
senior seminar at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN.
Entrance into the Health Information Management degree program at St.
Scholastica requires a minimum of one semester of previous college
experience. Completion of the program prepares graduates to sit for
the national registered Health Information Management exam. The
coursework leading to the bachelor's degree covers health information
technology and Health Information Management.
