What if You Need to Return Your Order?
You may return an item for refund or credit within 60 days of
receiving it. Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due
to our error. For returns that are not due to Total Health error,
there is a 15% restocking fee (charged at our discretion). All returns
must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been
received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card,
refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money
order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or
insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning an order. If
you have a question about a return or our policy please email
customerservice@totalhealthdiscount.com or call 1-800-283-2833.

What if We Don't Have all of the Items in Stock?
If you have ordered an out-of-stock item it will automatically be
back-ordered after 7 to 10 days.
