promoting eye health, vitamin A keeps skin and mucous membranes moist.
This vitamin also has antioxidant powers neutralizing harmful free
radicals in the body. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin which mean it
is stored by the liver therefore you do not need to eat much each day.
Women should consume 800 mcg while men need 1000 mcg daily. Now that
you know carrots really can help you see make like a bunny and enjoy
some.
