The human body is an incredible piece of self reliant machine designed
by the Almighty. If you just a look at our immune system you will find
what an amazing collection of mechanisms it is. It wonderfully it
responds to attacks from outside the body. It could be viruses,
parasitic worms or bacteria it has the intellect to distinguish them
from the organism's normal cells and tissues. Obviously, the detection
is complicated as pathogens adapt and evolve new ways to successfully
infect the host organism.
People who are susceptible to stress are generally the ones who have
low levels of B vitamins in their bodies. Irritability, depression and
nerve problems could also be some effects of the deficiency of these
vitamins. Known as the 'B-complex' vitamins, Vitamin B6, B12, folic
acid, biotin and others are on the top of the list for immunity.
Research shows Vitamins C and E, two eminent antixoidants are rapidly
deleted when the body is enduring stress. Disorders in the immune
system can cause diseases. Immunodeficiency disease is the most common
when the immune system malfunctions.

This happens when the hyperactive immune system attacks the normal
tissues. In more tragic cases, malfunctioning can lead to cancer. And
thus it is very important to take care of our immune system. Be
healthy always. Vitamin C-Everyone knows Vitamin C is good for you,
but why? It is actually used by the body to stave off infections. Not
only is it an anti-viral supplement, it is also used as an anti-cancer
agent.
Because the body cannot make its own supply of C, diet and supplements
are necessary to get what the body needs to keep its immunity up.
Vitamin A also has many positive effects on the immune system. Vitamin
A can help your body produce both natural killer cells and T cells,
which have different functions for fighting off illness and disease.
Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, so will help to keep your body
healthy and feeling young by combating free radicals. A healthy immune
system will sometimes destroy unwanted intruders even before you
experience symptoms.

You can keep your immune system healthy and protect yourself from
misery by making sure you are getting enough sleep, staying adequately
hydrated, and eating a balanced diet But because your life is hectic
and no one eats perfectly, taking vitamins and dietary supplements are
great ways to ensure that your immune system is working at its fullest
potential. Healthy intake of food will naturally improve your immune
system. However, not all food are considered equal - - some happen to
have more healthy nutrients than others. This is why the acai berry is
lauded by many to be one of the best fruit that anyone can take.
